The Pub and Grill

Dine on a selection of Barnegat Bay Clams steamed with spicy Chorizo in a Garlic Beer Broth, served with Crostini; Famous Baked Crab Cakes made from hand-picked Blue Claw Crab Meat served with Roasted Corn Salsa, and a homemade Remoulade or perhaps Seared Beef Tenders with an Herb Butter and Merlot Reduction served with hand cut fries.

Cuisine on the Green is the result of a partnership between OCVTS and Ocean County Parks and Recreation to use the restaurant at Atlantis Golf Club as a training, dining and banquet facility in one. For guests and students alike, it’s the only experience of its kind.
